How does it work?

Use the application below to indicate to whom and to which address we can send a gift voucher. You will receive an email confirming your order with the request to pay € 10 per bank transfer to us. You will find all the details in the email. After receiving the payment, the gift voucher will be sent gift wrapped by mail to the address you specified.

Redeem the gift voucher

To redeem the gift voucher, the lucky recipient follows the instructions enclosed with the gift voucher. In short it comes down to this:

• Recipient goes to the Riva Charter website and selects REQUEST in the main menu. Here it completes the ENQUIRY form and selects the option Redeem gift voucher for Payment, after which the code of the Gift voucher is requested.
• As soon as the Application form has been submitted, the recipient will receive a confirmation of the Request by return and the donor will receive a payment request by email.
• Once the payment has been received by us, both the donor and recipient receive a Reservation Confirmation by email with all the details of the charter in accordance with the enquiry.
